Bartleby is the Creative Arts Journal of the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). It is published once a year in the Spring and is composed solely of student submissions in areas of fiction, creative non-fiction, poetry, and visual art.

BARTLEBY NEWS!!!
Bartleby 2012 is here! The Bartleby staff has begun to distribute free copies of our latest edition of the journal all around campus, and we will continue to do so throughout the remainder of the spring and upcoming fall semesters. If you can't find a copy in the Commons, stop by the English Department on the Fourth Floor of the Fine Arts Building or email us at bartleby@umbc.edu.
Submissions for the 2012 edition of "Bartleby" are CLOSED! The deadline for submissions was 11:59pm on December 9th, 2011. However, if you wish to submit to the 2013 Edition of Bartleby, feel free to do so! We love to accept early submissions!
Meeting Dates for Spring 2012!!!
- All meetings are held in Fine Arts 440 during free hour. Unless otherwise noted, our meetings always fall on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month. Dates are subject to change.
There are no more meetings this semester! Enjoy your summer vacation and be sure to visit us this upcoming semester at the Fall 2012 Involvement Fest!
