When work is accepted for publication in Bartleby and the author accepts the offer
of publication, the author agrees to give one-time publishing rights to Bartleby for
publication in the forthcoming annual issue of the journal.
In addition, Bartleby reserves the right to reproduce, for promotional purposes,
work that it publishes. Reproduction may include, but is not limited to, promotional
flyers and brochures; merchandise; prints and posters; electronic postings via
website, social media, or email; and publication in Bartleby anthologies that
feature work previously published in Bartleby. The author of the work retains all
other rights and may reproduce the work and/or submit it elsewhere for further
publication.
